However if you choose to remove bitraider NOTE this is a complete download of the game again but you may avoid this issue in the future. If that works then what you can do is remove the bitraider as this is what may be getting stuck. I think i tried this before, and it didnt really work. Then restart the launcher after you restart your computer. I climbed into the Steam folder, found Steam \ steamapps \ workshop \ (and deleted all the files), knowing that Steam will restore the missing ones, launched the update again and Voila it started to be downloaded. judging from the previous subscriber, I concluded that this is really due to the mods.
